It is the first time that the entity has participated in an international project with different partners, as part of its internationalization project. The objective of Balance is to promote a participatory, artistic and training process for adolescents so that they become active agents in promoting emotional well-being, both for themselves and for the other young people with whom they share spaces. This ambitious objective is to be achieved through the following activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training for educators and family members<\/li>\n<li>Theater workshops aimed at young people and with themes linked to emotional well-being<\/li>\n<li>Participatory and recreational activities aimed at adolescents and young people<\/li>\n<li>Youth-led review of existing emotional support channels specialized in this age group<\/li>\n<li>Dissemination of good practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During the two-year duration of the project, until November 2026, the associated entities will organize these and other activities aimed at adolescents and young people. The project aims to conclude with the realization of a <strong>Iberian Youth Mental Health Festival<\/strong>, the compilation of recommendations from young people to better support their mental health as well as an analysis of the digital emotional support services that currently exist, such as the chat managed by Esperan\u00e7a en L\u00ednia <a href=\"https:\/\/esperancaenlinia.org\/en\/xat-obro-feel\/\">I open Feel.<\/a><\/p>\n<h4><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4224 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/esperancaenlinia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/img-9445-1024x768.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/esperancaenlinia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/img-9445-1024x768.webp 1024w, https:\/\/esperancaenlinia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/img-9445-600x450.webp 600w, https:\/\/esperancaenlinia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/img-9445-300x225.webp 300w, https:\/\/esperancaenlinia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/img-9445-768x576.webp 768w, https:\/\/esperancaenlinia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/img-9445-1536x1152.webp 1536w, https:\/\/esperancaenlinia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/img-9445-16x12.webp 16w, https:\/\/esperancaenlinia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/img-9445.webp 2000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/h4>\n<h4>First meeting in Barcelona<\/h4>\n<p>Balance will develop its activities between Catalonia, where it leads <a href=\"https:\/\/fundesplai.org\/\">Fundesplait<\/a> (which brings together entities linked to leisure education with a desire for inclusion and social transformation and defense of the environment), and Portugal, where the entities collaborate <a href=\"https:\/\/caritascoimbra.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Caritas Coimbra<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cim-regiaodecoimbra.pt\/en\/home-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Intermunicipality of Coimbra<\/a>This project is co-financed by the European Commission through the programme <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/portal\/screen\/programmes\/cerv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Citizenship, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV)<\/a> and its actions will take place between this year and 2026.<\/p>\n<p>During the first in-person meeting, all participating entities were able to learn about each of the areas in which they work and establish the bases for the implementation of the project. We were also able to learn about different programs of Fundesplai and the <a href=\"https:\/\/esplai.fundesplai.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Catalan Leisure Federation<\/a>, as well as visiting the<a href=\"https:\/\/pubillacasescanvidalet.fundesplai.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pubilla Cases-Can Vidalet Play Area<\/a>, in Hospitalet de Llobregat. To end the day, they first visited the Esperan\u00e7a en L\u00ednia headquarters in Barcelona to conclude with the attendance of the theatrical play\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/asociacionlumo.org\/portfolio\/tras-la-luz-de-alba\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>After the Dawn Light<\/strong><\/a>, from the association\u00a0<strong>Light<\/strong>, which aims to prevent suicide and self-harming behaviors among young people.<\/p>\n<p>Balance promotes the\u00a0<strong>training and empowerment of young people<\/strong>\u00a0between 13 and 18 years old so that they become active agents in the\u00a0<strong>mental health advocacy<\/strong>\u00a0and emotional well-being.
