At the Ajuda i Esperança Foundation, we are dedicated to the prevention of suicide and the support of those people who find themselves in moments of despair and vulnerability. We recognize that suicide is a sensitive and complex issue that affects individuals and families worldwide. That's why we're here to provide resources, emotional support and education to help prevent this tragic loss of life.
Our mission is to educate, inform and raise awareness about suicide risk factors and prevention strategies. We believe in the importance of providing a safe and welcoming space where people can express their feelings and find emotional support without judgment.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to offer emotional support, advice and resources to those who are going through a crisis or need to talk to someone.
Our qualified professionals offer one-on-one counseling sessions to help people understand and manage their thoughts and emotions, as well as develop strategies to deal with the challenges that may lead to suicide.
We run support groups where people who have experienced suicidal thoughts or attempts can connect with others and share experiences, advice and mutual support in a safe and confidential environment.
We provide information and educational resources about suicide risk factors, warning signs, and prevention strategies for individuals, families, and communities.
Suicide is preventable and everyone deserves help and support at the most difficult times in their lives. We are committed to working together to create a future where suicide is a thing of the past and where all people can live full and meaningful lives.
Together, we can make a difference. We invite you to join us in our mission of suicide prevention and emotional support.
