The Telephone of Hope is a telephone assistance service which works 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It has several lines and is our first project, our "flagship" and where we find our essence.
The phones 93 414 48 48 they always have a volunteer ready to listen and accompany the person who needs it. For us each call is a very special moment because an honest and sincere dialogue is established thanks to the environment of anonymity and confidentiality in which it takes place.
The Suicide Prevention Hotline service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is attended by volunteers selected, trained and trained specifically to respond to this type of call and has the coordination and supervision of a health psychologist.
