Anyone who calls 93 414 48 48 will find a volunteer ready to listen and accompany them. The aim of the device is to offer a safe space to anyone who finds themselves in a moment of anguish or loneliness.
By calling the Hope Phone, you can talk about everything that concerns you in a completely confidential environment. anonymous and confidentialIf needed, you will also receive information about public services and community resources that will help the person beyond the call.
This is a pioneering device, the first of its kind in Spain, and has been in operation for over half a century. Since its launch in 1969, it has answered hundreds of thousands of calls from people in need of honest conversation, always using the same tools: active listening, empathy and emotional support without judgment.
