• Users

Anyone who accesses the website has the status of user and at that moment accepts, fully and without reservations, these general conditions.

It is recommended to read these terms of use each time you access the website. www.esperancaenlinia.org since it could have been modified.

• Use of the website

The user undertakes to use the website for lawful purposes and that do not result in harm to the Ajuda i Esperança Foundation and/or third parties, or that harm or prevent its normal functioning. 

The user is expressly prohibited from using the contents of the website in a way that infringes these conditions of use and, in particular, current regulations; good faith; generally accepted uses and public order.

The information contained on the website is merely informative and orienting, both in terms of its purpose and its effects. It is not a recruitment channel.

If the user is interested in Esperança's online services, as well as receiving more information, they must contact through the corresponding form or email coordinacio@telefonoesperanza.com so that they can be attended to in the most optimal way.

The user uses the website under their sole and exclusive responsibility. This responsibility extends to the use of passwords or similar that have been assigned to the user and to any of its services.

However, the Ajuda i Esperança Foundation reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to deny access to the page to users who fail to comply with these general conditions.

 The Ajuda i Esperança Foundation reserves the right to modify unilaterally and without prior notice the following aspects, whenever it deems it appropriate: the structure, the design, adding or removing content and services, modifying these conditions of use.

The right is also reserved, under the same conditions, to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of the services of the website or any of the services that make up it.

The Ajuda i Esperança Foundation does not grant any guarantee nor is it responsible for damages of any nature that may be a consequence of:

2. The uselessness, adequacy or validity of the website and/or its contents and services to satisfy specific needs, activities or results or even the expectations of users;

5. The breach by third parties of their obligations or commitments in relation to the services provided to the user through the website.

Conditions for creating a hyperlink from an external website to any of the websites of the Ajuda i Esperança Foundation:

1.    The total or partial reproduction of any of the services or contents of this website is not permitted without the prior and express authorization of the Ajuda i Esperança Foundation;
