SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS CHANNEL

The Ajuda i Esperança Foundation has a Complaints Channel that is available to all users or people of interest to identify irregular conduct in our organization or areas for improvement in internal management.
Users, volunteers, donors, people related to our entity, suppliers, etc., can make an anonymous complaint through this form. In order to be able to carry out appropriate follow-up, information will be requested to contact the complainant, who will be able to decide whether to provide it or not.
Sending a complaint implies stating the illegal, irregular or inconvenient status of any action carried out by our entity. This channel is not intended to collect complaints regarding irregular conduct by other entities.
Its purpose is also not to collect suggestions, comments or queries about our activity.

In compliance with current regulations, the AJUDA I ESPERANÇA FOUNDATION informs that the data will be kept in the computer system for the period strictly necessary. This period, as established by law, may not exceed 3 months. However, in the event that your complaint has not been anonymous, the data may be kept by the body in charge of the investigation in the event that it is strictly necessary to continue investigating the complaint.
