Presentation of the new edition of the Observatory of Hope at Caixafoum

In its third edition, the Observatory of Hope has stood out for being the one that collects the figures of the new ways opened to bring the Foundation's services closer to more people. The pandemic has changed society and the Foundation has managed to adapt to different situations, social groups and new needs by transforming its image and its services, incorporating the necessary technology to reach everyone who needs it. It has been the year of the incorporation of the chat line to give service for young people and adolescents.
