Esperança en Línea offers emotional care and support in a framework of total anonymity and confidentiality with the aim of improving the quality of life and emotional well-being of people who experience situations of loneliness, lack of communication or that generate suffering, thus contributing to create a more supportive, welcoming and resilient society.

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
The Ajuda i Esperança Foundation will process your data for the purposes specified in each procedure, depending on the procedure and means by which it was obtained and the Privacy Policy that applies, always in accordance with the regulations established by the RPGD, LOPDGDD and other applicable provisions.

At the same time, we also inform you that the data you communicate to us will only be transmitted to the necessary personnel and will be treated and safeguarded with all appropriate technical and organizational measures for your security.
CONSERVATION OF PROCESSED DATA
The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the intended purposes of the processing. The time during which we keep your data will depend on the purposes for which they are collected and the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the person responsible. The data will be kept as long as the deletion is not requested by the interested party. The data obtained will be kept during the maintenance of the contractual relationship with the client and after the end of the relationship, until responsibilities can be demanded in accordance with current legislation in the commercial, fiscal and to fulfill obligations related to the professional field. – Right to obtain confirmation as to whether the Data Controller is processing personal data concerning you or not.
– Right to request access to the personal data we hold about you
– Right to request its rectification or deletion, for example, you may request that your email address be rectified if it is incorrect or request the deletion of the data held by the Controller when, among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. At the time of deletion of the data, we will only keep them blocked to comply with legal obligations.
– Right to request the limitation of your processing, for example, you have the right to limit the processing of your data for marketing purposes, being able to contact us to unsubscribe from communications. In this case, we will only keep the data for the exercise or defense of claims.
– Right to object to the processing and withdraw consent at any time, for example, you can request that the Controller stop processing your data, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal, leaving the Controller to process the data except for legitimate reasons or the exercise or defense of claims.
– Right to data portability in automated support to another controller in the cases of processing permitted by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD.
