Esperança en Línea offers emotional care and support in a framework of total anonymity and confidentiality with the aim of improving the quality of life and emotional well-being of people who experience situations of loneliness, lack of communication or that generate suffering, thus contributing to create a more supportive, welcoming and resilient society.
