Esperança en Línea offers emotional care and support in a framework of total anonymity and confidentiality with the aim of improving the quality of life and emotional well-being of people who experience situations of loneliness, lack of communication or that generate suffering, thus contributing to create a more supportive, welcoming and resilient society

ACTIVE LISTENING

We work so that our model of effective communication, based on active listening, becomes a benchmark for interpersonal relationships in our society.

TRAINING AND ADVICE

We train and advise in situations of need, care for people in crisis, suicide prevention, and active listening and communication, among others.

COMMUNITY ATTENTION

We want to be a reference service in community care and volunteering and ensure that anyone can be an instrument of social transformation.

EMOTIONAL WELLNESS

We want to promote the emotional well-being of all people.
